• Reports of damaged street litter bins will be assessed within 5 working day.

• Council staff empty parks, reserves and street litter bins 1 to 3 times per week depending on the location including weekends.

• Urgent matters where there is imminent danger or a life threatening hazard please call City of Burnside on 83664200 (24 hours) for immediate attention.

Your request will be assessed, scheduled and completed within 14 days. Thank you.
