Damaged kerb or gutter

• Maintenance requests for kerb or gutter works will be assessed within 14 days.

• Urgent repairs where there is a risk or hazard to the public should be called through to City of Burnside on 83664200 (24 hours) for immediate attention. A Council officer will assess the area within 24 hours and make the area safe.

• Non urgent repairs will be scheduled.

• Upgrades or replacements to kerb and gutters be already be identified on Councils Asset Management Plan. Please refer to Councils current and future Capital Works projects. The link is provided below.

• Requests for the installation of new kerb or guttering should be called through to City of Burnside on 83664200.

Your request will be assessed, scheduled and completed within 90 days. Thank you.
